Homes for the Aged
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Homes for the Aged Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Homes for the Aged (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Miscellaneous amendment

2. The Homes for the Aged Regulations (Rg 1) are amended by deleting the word “Director” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “Director‑General”:

Regulations 3(1), 4(1) and (2), 5(h) and 11(1).
