Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 7)
Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 7) Order 2018 and comes into operation on 31 August 2018.

Amendment of Part 2 of Schedule

2. Item 4 of Part 2 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (2) in the second column, the following item:

“(3) Tampines Care Home”.
