In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992 (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 28 July 2023.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. In the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, in the Second Schedule, after Part 25, insert —

“Part 26 — Offence included as serious offence
with effect from 28 July 2023
