(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Vulnerable Adults Act 2018, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Vulnerable Adults (Managers of Places of Temporary Care and Protection and Places of Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Miscellaneous amendment

2. The Vulnerable Adults (Managers of Places of Temporary Care and Protection and Places of Safety) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 830/2018) are amended by deleting the word “Director” wherever it appears in regulations 2(b) and (c) and 3(1) and (2) and substituting in each case the word “Director‑General”.
