(Exemption) (No. 52)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 52) Notification 2014.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “RWS Promotional Games — RWS Wheel of Celebrations” promotion to be held on 8 August 2014, 16 August 2014 and 30 August 2014, respectively;
(b)	the games to be held in front of the Casino Royale Bar (Casino B1) of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. as part of that promotion from 12 noon to 9.30 p.m. on 8 August 2014, 16 August 2014 and 30 August 2014, respectively; and
(c)	the draws to be held at the Casino Royale Bar (Casino B1) of Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. as part of that promotion from 12.01 a.m. to 1 a.m. on 9 August 2014, 17 August 2014 and 31 August 2014, respectively.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
