Free Trade Zones Act
(CHAPTER 114)
Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (3) and substituting the following item:
“(3)Port of Singapore (Sembawang Terminal)
    All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (SEMBAWANG TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 31.3 hectares and bounded by Fiji Road, Jamaica Road, Sembawang Shipyard, H M Dockyard, Stores Road, Stores Basin, Sembawang Park and Deptford Road.
    The boundary commences at the western‑most corner of the aforesaid “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (SEMBAWANG TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point’s co‑ordinates are North 49,343.1 metres and East 27,217.3 metres. The point of commencement is 19,343.1 metres North and 2,782.7 metres West of the Survey Department’s origin of co‑ordinates and runs approximately as follows:

    All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (KEPPEL DISTRIPARK) — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 17.1 hectares and bounded by Keppel Road, Kampong Bahru Road and Ayer Rajah Expressway.
    The boundary commences at the northern‑most corner of the aforesaid ‘‘PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (KEPPEL DISTRIPARK) — FREE TRADE ZONE’’ which point’s adopted co‑ordinates are North 28,573.4 metres and East 27,517.9 metres. The point of commencement is 1,426.6 metres South and 2,482.1 metres West of the Survey Department’s origin (30,000 metres North, 30,000 metres East) of co‑ordinates and runs approximately as follows:
