(Prescribed Periods for Parts 5A and 10A)
Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 72B(2) and 250B(2) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Prescribed Periods for Parts 5A and 10A) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 29 January 2021.
Prescribed period for purposes of Part 5A of Act
2.  For the purposes of Part 5A of the Act, the prescribed period is 6 months commencing on 29 January 2021.
Prescribed period for purposes of Part 10A of Act
3.  For the purposes of Part 10A of the Act, the prescribed period is 6 months commencing on 29 January 2021.
