Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31(3) of the Mental Capacity Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 September 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 106/2010) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
“
6.For an application to register as a professional deputy
 
$550
”.
