(Temporary Suspension of
Electronic Road Pricing System Charges)
Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2011.
Temporary suspension of charges
2.—(1)  For the period 21st September 2011 to 24th September 2011 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 97/2011) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the first column of Part I of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
(2)  For the period 21st September 2011 to 23rd September 2011 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the first column of Part II of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
(3)  For the period 21st September 2011 to 24th September 2011 (both dates inclusive) and on 26th September 2011, the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the first column of Part III of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
(4)  For 22nd September 2011 and 23rd September 2011 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the first column of Part IV of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
(5)  For the period 22nd September 2011 to 24th September 2011 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in the first column of Part V of the Schedule shall be wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified in the second column thereof.
