(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 1 September 2015.
Deletion and substitution of Part II of First Schedule
2.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
