Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (2) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 5) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore.” under the heading “The Authority” in the first column and substituting the words “Monetary Authority of Singapore”;
(b)	by deleting the words “BCCS NURSERY AT BUKIT GOMBAK” in the 1st line under the heading “Protected Place” in the second column and in the Plan and substituting in each case the words “MAS NURSERY AT BUKIT GOMBAK”; and
(c)	by deleting the words “BCCS Nursery at Bukit Gombak” in the 3rd line of the first and second paragraphs and in the last paragraph under the heading “Protected Place” in the second column and substituting in each case the words “MAS Nursery at Bukit Gombak”. [G.N. No. S 12/97]
