National Parks Act
(Chapter 198A)
National Parks Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(4) of the National Parks Act, the Minister for National Development, after consultation with the National Parks Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the National Parks Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 26th November 2003.
Deletion and substitution of Fifth Schedule
2.  The Fifth Schedule to the National Parks Act is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
