Competition Act
(Chapter 50B)
Competition (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Competition Act, the Competition Commission of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Competition (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2008.
Amendment of regulation 25
2.  Regulation 25 of the Competition Regulations 2007 (G.N. No. S 348/2007) is amended by inserting, immediately before the words “these Regulations” in paragraphs (1), (2), (4) and (6), the words “the Act or”.
Amendment of regulation 26
3.  Regulation 26 of the Competition Regulations 2007 is amended by deleting the words “a regulation requires” in paragraphs (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “the Act or these Regulations require”.
