Strategic Goods
(Control) (Amendment)
Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 36 and 38 of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 November 2018.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(1) of the Strategic Goods (Control) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the definition of “SG Order” and substituting the following definition:
“ “SG Order” means the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 536/2018).”.
