Environmental Protection and
Management (Hazardous Substances)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 October 2020.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by inserting, immediately below the item “Chlorophenoxyacids; their salts, esters, amines”, the following item:

”.
