(Exemption) (No. 46)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 46) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Japan Bloodhorse Breeders’ Association Lucky Draw” promotion to be held on 6 September 2015 from 12.50 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. and the draw to be held on the same day at 5.30 p.m. at the Owners’ Lounge (Grandstand Level 3) of the Singapore Racecourse.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
