Customs
(Duties) (Amendment)
Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 20 February 2017 at 4.45 p.m.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Duties) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)	by inserting the words “$1.00 per dal” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.19.71;
(b)	by inserting the words “$1.00 per dal, other than marine diesel fuel” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.19.72;
(c)	by inserting the words “$1.00 per dal of any diesel fuel that is subject to duty under another Description in column (3) of this Schedule” in column (7) against H.S. Code 2710.20.00; and
(d)	by inserting the words “$1.00 per dal of any diesel fuel that is subject to duty under another Description in column (3) of this Schedule” in column (7) against H.S. Code 3826.00.90.
