Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Law) (Amendment) Notification 2017

Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Law

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 October 2017, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Law) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 667/2015) by inserting, immediately above the words “Civil Justice (including Family Justice)” in item 4 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following words:

”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Law) (Amendment) Notification 2017.
