Tourist Promotion (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 11) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Tourist Promotion (Cess Collection) Act, and by virtue of the Delegation of Powers (Consolidation) Notification, the Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Tourist Promotion (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 11) Notification 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd November 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Tourist Promotion (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification is amended by deleting item (6) and substituting the following item:

“(6) The City Bayview Hotel, Singapore.”.
