Strategic Goods (Control)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act 2002, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Strategic Goods (Control) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 October 2023.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Strategic Goods (Control) Regulations (Rg 1), in regulation 2(1), replace the definition of “SG Order” with —
“ “SG Order” means the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 541/2023).”.
