(Brokering) (Amendment) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2)(a) and (3)(a) of the Strategic Goods (Control) Act 2002, the Minister for Trade and Industry makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 1 October 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In the Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) Order 2019 (G.N. No. S 534/2019), in paragraph 2, replace “Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 564/2021)” with “Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2023 (G.N. No. S 541/2023)”.
Amendment of paragraph 3
3.  In the Strategic Goods (Control) (Brokering) Order 2019, in paragraph 3, replace “Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2021” with “Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2023”.
