Child Development Co-Savings
(Childcare Leave) (Amendment)
Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Child Development Co-Savings Act, Mr Chan Chun Sing, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Child Development Co‑Savings (Childcare Leave) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2012.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2(1) of the Child Development Co-Savings (Childcare Leave) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 547/2008) is amended by deleting the words “Community Development, Youth and Sports” in the definition of “Director” and substituting the words “Social and Family Development”.
Amendment of regulation 3
3.  Regulation 3(2) of the Child Development Co-Savings (Childcare Leave) Regulations 2008 is amended by deleting the words “Community Development, Youth and Sports” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting the words “Social and Family Development”.
