(Electronic Service) (Amendment No. 2)
Rules 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Electronic Service) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2017 and come into operation on 1 October 2017.

Amendment of Part I of Schedule

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Service) Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 121/2006) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “private hire car” in items 38 and 39 and substituting in each case the words “private motor car”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 41, the following items:
