Environmental Protection and Management
(Registrable Goods) (Revocation)
Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40B of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, after consultation with the National Environment Agency, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Registrable Goods) (Revocation) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2013.
Revocation
2.  The Environmental Protection and Management (Registrable Goods) Order (O 2) is revoked.
Made this 27th day of August 2013.
