(Water Supply) (Amendment)
Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Water Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and shall come into operation on 1 October 2015.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Paragraph 2 of Part II of the Second Schedule to the Public Utilities (Water Supply) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting the words “15 litres” and substituting the words “12 litres”.
