(COVID-19 Clearance)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Clearance) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 13 February 2023.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (COVID‑19 Clearance) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 273/2021), in regulation 2(1), delete the definition of “Control Order”.
