Medicines (Revocation) Order 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9, 29, 30 and 54 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Medicines (Revocation) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 November 2016.
Revocation
2.  The following Orders are revoked:
(a)Medicines (Contact Lens Substances) (Specification and Prohibition) Order (O 9);
(b)Medicines (Exemption) Order (O 5);
(c)Medicines (Exemption) (No. 2) Order (O 8);
(d)Medicines (Exemption) (No. 3) Order (O 10);
(e)Medicines (Exemption) (No. 4) Order (O 11);
(f)Medicines (Exemption of Registered Pharmacy from Wholesale Dealer’s Licence) Order (O 7);
(g)Medicines (Oral Dental Gums) (Specification) Order (O 19);
(h)Medicines (Orphan Drugs) (Exemption) Order (O 12);
(i)Medicines (Prescription Only) Order (O 15);
(j)Medicines (Prescription Oral Dental Gums) Order (O 20);
(k)Medicines (Quality of Condoms) (Specification and Prohibition) Order (O 14).
