Medicines Act

Medicines (Revocation) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Revocation) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 November 2016.
Revocation
2.—(1)  The following Regulations are revoked:
(a)Medicines (Advertisements of Oral Dental Gums) Regulations (Rg 14);
(b)Medicines (Contact Lens Substances) (Labelling and Containers) Regulations (Rg 8);
(c)Medicines (Import of Condoms) Regulations (Rg 10);
(d)Medicines (Labelling of Aspirin Products) Regulations (Rg 7);
(e)Medicines (Oral Dental Gums) (Labelling) Regulations (Rg 17);
(f)Medicines (Oral Dental Gums) (Licensing) Regulations (Rg 18);
(g)Medicines (Registration of Pharmacies) Regulations (Rg 4).
(2)  The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)Medicines (Sale and Supply by Pharmacy) Notification 1999 (G.N. No. S 99/1999);
(b)Notification relating to Analysts (N 1).
