Government Procurement
(Application) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Government Procurement Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Government Procurement (Application) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2012.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. Part I of the Second Schedule to the Government Procurement (Application) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 6 and substituting the following item:

“6. Ministry of Social and Family Development”;

(b)

by deleting item 12 and substituting the following item:

“12. Ministry of Communications and Information”; and

(c)

by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 21, and by inserting, immediately thereafter the following item:

“22. Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.”.
