(Special and Senior Personnel Boards)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011.

(2) Paragraph 2(a) shall come into operation on 1st October 2011.

(3) Paragraph 2(b) shall come into operation on 2nd October 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Niam Chiang Meng” in the third column of item 2, the name “Mr Ng How Yue”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Teo Ming Kian” in the third column of item 2 and substituting the name “Ms Yong Ying-I”.
