Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(Exemption) (Amendment)
Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 15 July 2020.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Items 3, 4 and 5 of the First Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 110/2011) are deleted.
