Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998

Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Licence Fees) Regulations 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 (2) (o) of the Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act 1998, the Minister for the Environment hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Licence Fees) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 15th November 1998.
Fees
2.  There shall be payable to the Ministry of the Environment, in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule, the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof.
