(Amendment) Notification 2017

Variation of Responsibility of Prime Minister

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 May 2017, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Prime Minister) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 653/2015) —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 5 under the heading “DEPARTMENTS AND STATUTORY BODIES”, the following item:

“5A.	Government Technology Agency”;

(b)

by deleting item 16 under the heading “DEPARTMENTS AND STATUTORY BODIES” and substituting the following item:

“16.	Smart Nation and Digital Government Office”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 20 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following items:

“20A.

Digital Government

20B.	Public Sector Data Governance

20C.	Public Sector Info-communications Technology and Related Engineering”.
