and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 3)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, Mr S Iswaran, Second Minister for Trade and Industry, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Minister for Trade and Industry relating to tourism, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 16 September 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification 2014 (G.N. No. S 327/2014) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (74); and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item (229), the following item:

“(230) Hotel Bencoolen @ Hong Kong Street”.
