Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Poisons Act 1938, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Poisons Act 1938 (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 1 August 2022.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Poisons Act 1938 —

(a)

after the item “Amsacrine (M-AMSA)”, insert —

“Amygdalin”;

(b)

after the item “Ancrod”, insert —

“Andarine”;

(c)

after the item “Cerivastatin; its salts”, insert —

“Cetilistat”;

(d)

after the item “Infliximab”, insert —

“Insulin‑like Growth Factor 1”;

(e)

after the item “Lidoflazine”, insert —

“Ligandrol”;

(f)

after the item “Oseltamivir; its salts”, insert —

“Ostarine”;

(g)

after the item “Stavudine”, insert —

“Stenabolic”; and

(h)

after the item “Tertatolol; its salts”, insert —

“Testolone”.
