(Revocation) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Public Entertainments Act 1958, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Entertainments (Speakers’ Corner — Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 22 August 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Public Entertainments (Speakers’ Corner — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 551/2020).
