Health Products Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Health Products Act 2007, the Minister for Health, after consultation with the Health Sciences Authority, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Health Products Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Item 1 in the First Schedule to the Act is amended by inserting, in the third column under the heading “ Exceptions and limitations”, the words “Parts III and IV and section 19(1)(b) of the Act shall not apply.”.
