Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Public Order Act 2009, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Order (Unrestricted Area — Speakers’ Corner) (Revocation) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 22 August 2023.

Revocation

2. Revoke the Public Order (Unrestricted Area — Speakers’ Corner) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 552/2020).
