Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Marine Parade (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Marine Parade hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Marine Parade (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2000.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Marine Parade (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 53) is amended by deleting items 13 and 14 and substituting the following items:
“
13. Shop complex with air-conditioning
$9.30 per square metre of the area of the shop or part thereof.
14. Office in complex with air-conditioning
$8.80 per square metre of the area of the premises or part thereof.
”.
