Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(5) of the Public Entertainments Act 1958, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Entertainments Act 1958 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 21 August 2023.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. In the Public Entertainments Act 1958, in the First Schedule, in paragraph 2, delete sub‑paragraph (i).
