Fire Safety (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2004.
2.  Section 8 of the Fire Safety (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 10th September 2004.
