Immigration Act
(Chapter 133)
Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) Notification (N 1, 2009 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following items:
“5.  Changi Airbase (East), 221 Changi East Drive.
6.  Changi Airbase (West), 508C Cranwell Road.
7.  Sembawang Airbase, 313 Sembawang Road.”.
