(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 20th November 2009.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is amended —
(a)by deleting item (4); and
(b)by deleting item (9) and substituting the following item:
“
(9)  PSA Corporation Limited (Pasir Panjang Terminal)
All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (PASIR PANJANG TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of approximately 3,437,333 square metres and bounded by West Coast Ferry Road, Harbour Drive and East Jurong Fairway.
The boundary commences at the north-west corner of the aforesaid “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (PASIR PANJANG TERMINAL) — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point’s co-ordinates are North 30,310.960 metres and East 19,958.452 metres of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
