(Exemption) (No. 7)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 7) Notification 2012
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Super Mega Number” promotion to be held from 10th February 2012 to 22nd March 2012 (both dates inclusive) (referred to in this paragraph as the relevant period) and the Mega Draw to be held at 8.30 p.m. daily at the Promotional Centre located at Basement 2 of the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands during the relevant period.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
