(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2015 and shall come into operation on 5 February 2015.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Appendices of the Schedule to the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, in taxon XXVI under the heading “FLORA (PLANTS)” in Part II, are amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:

“

2A.

Dalbergia calycina^#6 (Population of Guatemala)

”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“

3A.

Dalbergia cubilquitzensis^#6 (Population of Guatemala)

”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:

“

4A.

Dalbergia glomerata^#6 (Population of Guatemala)

”; and

(d)

by deleting item 8A and substituting the following item:

“

8A.

Dalbergia tucurensis^#6 (Guatemala, Nicaragua)

”.
