Land Titles (Strata) (Notice of Rescission) Regulations 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 130 of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Notice of Rescission) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 26th October 2007.
Notice of rescission
2.  The notice of rescission referred to in paragraph 1D of the First Schedule to the Act shall be in the Form in the Schedule.
