Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3)
Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 30 July 2020.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 105P, the following heading and items:

“

Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018)

105Q.

Section 238(4)

Fraudulent trading by responsible person

105R.

Section 239(6)

Wrongful trading by responsible person

”.
