Deletion and substitution of First and Second Schedules
11. The First and Second Schedules to the principal Regulations are deleted and the following Schedules substituted therefor:

The annual or periodical audit of the accounts.
The facilities provided for the inspection of the account books by officers and members.
The manner of the dissolution of the Trade Union and the disposal of the funds available at the time of dissolution.
Provision for taking all decisions by secret ballot.
