Building Control
(Buildability and Productivity)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 11 November 2016.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 6, the following items:
“7.  Shaded area in Map 7 at Perumal Road
MAP 7
8.  Shaded area in Map 8 at West Coast Vale
MAP 8
9.  Shaded area in Map 9 at Upper Serangoon Road
MAP 9
10.  Shaded area in Map 10 at Stirling Road
MAP 10
”.
