(Exemption) (No. 61)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 61) Notification 2016.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “The Premier Clubs — Snowball Your Rewards” promotion to be held from 14 November 2016 to 15 January 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the “Big or Small Challenge” game to be held as part of that promotion at the Paiza Area, Casino Atrium 3 at Marina Bay Sands from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. daily on 14 January 2017 and 15 January 2017.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
